System Setup For Time Period Setup
Time Period Setup is part of initial system setup and allows you to set the current reporting year and period.
Accessing time period setup
Below are the steps for accessing Time Period Setup:
- Select the Consolidate module.
- Select the Administration category.
- Expand Setup.
- Expand System.
- Click Time Period setup. The Time Period Setup dialog appears.
Setup time periods
Below are the steps for setting up Time Periods:
- Select the current year. Default is the last year added to the system, if not previously set.
- Select the current period.
- Click OK. Related attributes are set and any required hierarchy updates are performed.
