Clear Allocation Targets

Clear Allocation Targets allows you to delete all data within an allocation target for the selected period.

To launch from the navigation pane:

1. In the Transfer Pricing navigation pane, click Administration.
2. Expand Allocations, and then click Clear Allocation Targets.
3. Complete the following fields for a Tax Provision or Longview Transfer Pricing system:

   Field	Notes
   TIMEPER	Select the time period to clear the data for.
   CONTROLS	Select the allocation to clear the data for.

4. Complete the following fields for a Close or Solutions Framework system:

   Field	Notes
   TIMEPERIODS	Select the time period to clear the data for.
   DATAVIEWS	Select the allocation to clear the data for.

5. Click OK.
6. Click Yes to confirm that you wish to clear the selected allocation data.
