Reviewing Comments
The Show Comments app can be used to view underlying comments in report. Underlying comments can be viewed at a cell (intersection) level or for the whole report.
Accessing the Show Comments App
Depending on the configuration of the report you may have access to review underlying comments.

To access Show Comments:
- Right-click in the report.
Note: If you right-click on a data value, you will have the option of choosing underlying comments for the intersection or report. If you-right click elsewhere you will have only the option of underlying comments for the report.
- Select the appropriate Underlying Comments option.
- Show Comments appears.
Viewing the Show Comments table
The Show Comments table appears.
- If Underlying Comments - Intersection is selected, all related underlying comments for the cell selected are displayed in the table.
- If Underlying Comments - Report is selected, all underlying comments for the report is displayed.
Note: Show Comments will display all comments made on leaf symbols, if the report or intersection contains parent symbols.
Note: Show Comments will display all comments made in source currencies if the report or intersection contains a reporting currency.
The table contains the following columns:

Comment | The Comment related to the intersection selected |
User | The User ID of the person who entered the comments |
Date | The date of when the comment was input. |
Dimension Name(s) | A column will be displayed showing the corresponding symbol name in all other dimensions related to the comment being displayed. |
