FX Rates

XCCC100 - FX Rates - Period Average input app allows you to input and update period average foreign exchange rates in your system. You can also view a report that shows the foreign exchange rates in your system.

Accessing FX Rate Input

1. Select the Transfer Pricing module.
2. Select the Data Collection category.
3. Expand Rates.
4. Click XCCC100 - FX Rates - Period Average.lvapp.
5. The FX Rates - Period Average Input view appears.

Inputting FX Rates

In the FX Rates - Period Average Input view, the list of entities in the system is displayed in the rows. Tne currently available translated currencies are displayed across the columns.

Note: The Entities available in the rows of the FX Rates - Period Average input app is defined by system attribute ASLTPEntityRoot - Transfer Pricing Entity Root.

Inputting FX rate values

Input FX period average rates into the FX rate input view. FX rates are not uploaded until you click Submit.

Deleting FX rate values

Delete FX rate values by zeroing out the cell contents in the FX rate input view. FX rates are not uploaded until you click Submit.

Reviewing FX Rates

1. A report is provided to review the FX Rates in your system
2. Select the Transfer Pricing module.
3. Select the Reports category.
4. Expand Rates
5. Click XCCC100 – FX Rates – Period Average.rtp.

Note: The Entities available in the rows of the FX Rates - Period Average report are defined by system attribute ASFXReportingEntities - Entities for FX Reports.
