Working with users with ISW platform integration

If your system is configured to be on the ISW Platform, all user maintenance (creating users, editing users, deleting users, and resetting user passwords) is managed by the ISW platform. User authorizations are also limited to the type of user license they have and therefore authorizations cannot be set on a group.

Note: The following will always be read-only as it is managed in the ISW platform:

  • User Name
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Description (Last Name + First Name)
